Police are appealing for information after a cyclist was injured in a fail-to-stop collision in Lowestoft.
The incident happened on Denmark Road, close to Lowestoft Railway Station, at around 8.50am on Saturday 7th February. A woman cycling southbound was struck by a dark-coloured car travelling in the same direction as it passed her.
The impact caused the cyclist to fall from her bike. She sustained injuries which required hospital treatment.
The driver of the vehicle did not stop at the scene and continued travelling south.
Officers are now appealing for witnesses or anyone with relevant footage to come forward. Police are particularly keen to hear from motorists who may have dashcam recordings from the area at the time, as well as anyone with CCTV covering Denmark Road near the station.
Anyone who saw what happened or who has information about the vehicle or driver involved is asked to contact Suffolk Police, quoting CAD 78 of 8 February or crash reference 1708391.
