Suffolk Police are investigating reports of a dog being attacked on Lowestoft’s south beach.
A woman walking her dog, when a French bulldog that was not on a lead, then attacked her dog leaving it injured and needing treatment by a vet.
The incident took place on Saturday the 18th January, opposite the Hatfield Hotel - and police want any witnesses to the attack to contact them - and are asking dog walkers to keep their pets under control at all times.
