Two men, one from Lowestoft, now behind bars after pleading guilty to a number of burglaries in Suffolk and across the country. 26 year old Tim Moyle, who used to live in Anchor Street, and Shane Phillips whose 25 from Eye have been jailed for a combined 4 years and 2 months. Businesses, sports grounds and schools, from as far away as Worcestershire and as near as Bungay, were all targeted by the pair last May and June. It’s thought more than 120,000 pounds of equipment was stolen in the raids.
Investigating officer Ed Vincent of Lowestoft CID said the sentences from Ipswich Crown Court reflected “the seriousness and the prolific nature” of the offences.
