Travel in and around Lowestoft remains disrupted today - and there has also been a road accident near Bungay this morning.
The Gull Wing bridge is still out of action due what Suffolk Highways says is a technical fault, with road closures remaining in place.
The bridge is currently closed to all traffic, and motorists are advised to use alternative routes while engineers work to resolve the issue.
Suffolk Highways report that the bridge will remain closed overnight Friday and into Saturuday.
Updates will be issued once the bridge reopens.
